SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS) Since each nail set is individually handcrafted, minor variations in color, placement, and design are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. Colors may appear differently depending on your device settings.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. Purchases are for personal use only.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND TAXES Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping, customs, or import taxes unless explicitly stated.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Mooonail is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of products to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Your purchases are subject to return solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:
Eligibility: Only unopened items in original packaging with intact hygienic seals are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover labor and luxury packaging costs.
Final Sale: Any "Customized Series", personalized designs, or items with broken seals are strictly non-returnable.
Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, text, images, and logos are owned by Mooonail. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS We are not responsible for any third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways) or links provided on our site. Use of these is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies related to pricing or availability and to cancel orders if necessary.
SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property.
