Thank you for choosing Mooonail. Each set of our collectible press-on nails is individually handcrafted and undergoes a rigorous multi-stage quality inspection to ensure collectible-grade excellence.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date of delivery (based on tracking information).
Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with the hygienic seal completely intact.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items. This fee covers the expert labor, premium packaging materials, and meticulous inspection process required for re-stocking collectible-grade items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following items are strictly Final Sale:
Customized Series: Any personalized, made-to-order, or custom-sized designs tailored specifically for you.
Opened Items: Any set where the original hygienic seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened.
Sizing Errors: Mooonail is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide or purchasing a Sizing Kit prior to ordering.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Errors
If you receive a product with a significant issue, please contact us at support@mooonail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: High-resolution photo or video evidence of both the product and the original shipping box is required.
Resolution: Upon verification, Mooonail will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please note that the 10% restocking fee does not apply to verified defective or incorrect items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request:
Email support@mooonail.com with your Order Number and "Return Request" in the subject line.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
After we receive and pass the quality inspection, your refund (minus the 10% fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
