1. Processing Time
Handcrafted & Collectible Pieces: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Peak Seasons: Processing times may be slightly extended during new collection launches or promotional events. You will be notified via email of any significant delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery windows vary by destination. A precise estimate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update the status.
3. International Orders (Duties & Taxes)
We strive to provide a seamless global shopping experience with no hidden costs:
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For most destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
No Surprise Fees: By selecting our prepaid shipping option, you will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
Fast-Track Clearance: We handle all necessary customs documentation to ensure your package clears inspection as quickly as possible.
4. Delivery Disclaimer & Liability
Mooonail ensures all items are handed over to our carriers in perfect condition. However, please acknowledge the following:
Carrier & Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier service interruptions or routine customs inspections.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Mooonail is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Return to Sender: Any fees or re-shipping costs incurred due to address errors or failed delivery attempts will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
